The medal-winning Olympians are required to wear the victory ceremony uniform where possible or their National Olympic Committee’s competition uniform if there is no time to change into the victory ceremony uniform, as defined by the IOC in the Manufacturer Identification Guidelines. No additional national flags, banners, or other merchandise should be allowed on the ceremony platform.
